Sounds like it was quite tense for a minut...Yikes! Sounds like it was quite tense for a minute. For one of the church garage sales, Zach and I donated a washing machine and a similar situation ensued. Two people saw it and wanted it at the exact same time. Thankfully they only proceeded to regale me with why they were most deserving and in need rather than cursing and making a very ugly scene. Since I was right there and had been the one to donate it, the other workers looked at me - like I had to choose one over the other! I made them pick numbers between one and one hundred! Amazingly, one person picked WAY off and the other one was either right on or very close. I don't remember. I took it as a sign that we'd settled it in the right manner, although the one who didn't win was still bummed.
